Wii Fit

Just couldn’t resist buying it. It’s too awesome. It’s no replacement for going out and getting proper exercise, but it’s brilliant for yoga and press-ups. You have to keep up with the whistle when you do press-ups, so it’s quite hard. And you have to do twists. So by the end of it, you collapse. Especially if you crank it up to 10/20 reps.
The best bit is that it tracks your daily progress (assuming that you take the test every day), and tells you if you’re getting a bit too chubby
Totally awesome.
AND, according to the booklet, you can weigh your dog:
Why? Because you can

to londinium!
18 04 2008So yesterday I cycled to Hyde Park and back. It took about as long as I thought it would, about an hour and a half each way (with pit stops).
It’s just over 10 miles there when you take the A40 to White City, then go past Notting Hill.
Just as I got onto the A40, the happiest cyclist ever rang his bell & waved at me saying hello.
Him: “Hi fellow cyclist!”
Me: *evil eye*
Him: “You gotta say hello, innit! Cyclist crew!”
Me: ….
Other cyclists along the way just overtook me. I don’t think this cyclist crew really exists.
I would post the photos I took, but for some reason the viewty decided to switch from 5mp to 320×240
I’ve figured out why. When you switch to the front camera and back again, it stays on the little camera’s resolution. How silly is that?
Oh OK then, here they are:
